There's not much in this brain of mine this morning. The Ferguson riots went on again last night. There were also rioting in several other cities. In Oakland, California buildings were vandalized and trash was burned in the streets. For many of the vandals it's a way to get something for nothing by looting the stores. I'd just like to say to them get a job and pay for things just like the rest of us. All you do by vandalizing and destroying buildings and looting stores is raise our taxes and the prices of goods we buy and insurance rates for businesses. Guess who is going to get to pay for that. Yep you got it. You and I will pay more as the prices go up. Tonight go to bed then get up in the morning and look for a job and leave the drugs alone.
Okay, after a minimal time of checking out these teams here are my picks for this week. On Thursday I like TCU to defeat Texas. It could be close or a rout. I'm also going with Texas A&M to defeat LSU and don't ask me why because I couldn't give you a good reason. On Friday I'm picking Arkansas over Missouri. I think the Razorbacks are better than their record. UCLA impressed me with their win over USC so I like them to beat Stanford. Plus Stanford has had a hard time scoring this year. In a tough game I'll go with Arizona over Arizona State because the coin came up heads. On Saturday I like Georgia over Georgia Tech. Clemson over South Carolina. It seems anyone can score on South Carolina this year. Miss State will handle Ole Miss easily in a big rivalry game. If they don't their out of the playoff picture. In another game that I had second thoughts about which team to pick I'm going to go with the 14 point favorite Wisconsin but I was thinking about going with Minnesota on a upset pick. USC will rebound after getting drubbed by UCLA last week. I'm picking them to defeat Notre Dame. Alabama will roll on over Auburn. Oregon will also roll on by defeating intrastate rival Oregon State. In the pros on Thursday I am picking Dallas to defeat Philadelphia and Seattle to defeat San Francisco. On Sunday I'm picking Green Bay over New England. There you have them but keep your money in your pocket.
Just a brag spot. I won last week at bridge and tied for first yesterday. I should be more humble but what the heck...
