Robert Redford in all his left-wing glory says I'm living in the 1950s. Well, not me personally, but he thinks the Republicans are. I have several things to say to Mr. Redford. First stick to acting and get another face lift. Second because we disagree on things doesn't mean we don't live in the second decade of the 2000's. Thirdly, The keystone pipeline is a better alternative to the environment than the oil being hauled by trucks. Fourth, read the article written by the man that started the weather channel on global warming or as you would call it climate change. Maybe he's correct in his thinking about carbon in the air. He stated that a volcano that erupts for a couple of days puts more carbon in the atmosphere than man ever has. So much for "carbon footprint". Since I don't have much else to tell you round eyes, get another face lift.
What a finish to a ball game. The Seattle Seahawks rallied to defeat the Green Bay Packers in overtime yesterday. After Green Bay had dominated the entire first 3 and 2/3 quarters, they blew it. Trailing 19-7, Seattle scored a touchdown with 2:09 left in the game. That made it 19-14. The onside kick went through a Packer's hands and Seattle recovered. Leading an offense that hadn't done much all day, Luke Wilson gave the ball to Marshawn Lynch who rambled 24 yards to pay dirt. With the score now at 20-19 the Seahawks went for two and a desperation pass was caught for the 2 points. After the ensuing kickoff Aaron Rodgers lead the Packers into field goal range. The field goal was good to tie the score and sent the game into overtime. Seattle won the toss and elected to receive. They moved the ball into Packer territory and then Wilson connected on a 35 yard TD pass to Jermaine Kearse. This will send Seattle to Glendale Arizona to meet the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl. Great finish to a game and to you Seattle fans that left early, too bad.
