Since Hussein Obama can't seem to get rid of Guantanamo by closing it down and Congress not letting him transfer terrorists to Federal prisons he might have come upon another way.  Does it enter your mind that he might make handing over the U. S. property on the island of Cuba in this deal he is trying to make with the Castro brothers?  The only way we give up the area known as Guantanamo is by both sides agreeing to such a deal.  I would think that Congress has the final say but who knows nowadays. There are many Cubans that live and work in Guantanamo.  If the liar in chief gives it back to the Castros the people living there will probably be persecuted.

The Republican presidential candidates are starting their runs in Iowa this weekend.  It's a conservative meeting so all the far right guys are their and some of the more centrists are making appearances also.  I guess Governor Scott Walker gave a nice speech and came away well thought of.  I want to hear what Senator Rubio has to say.  I also saw Ohio Governor John Kasich the other night and he sounds like he would make a good president.  There are knocks on all of the candidates but not nearly as bad as the knocks on Hillary.  I think the country missed a great opportunity not electing Mitt Romney.  He is a good man and could have put this country back on the right path.  I don't think this is his time.  Jeb Bush is probably the most qualified and electable.  He has the Bush name going against him and he might not be conservative enough to win the primary.  It's a shame because he could beat Hillary.  So right now the top few on my list are Bush, Walker and Rubio and not necessarily in that order.
Enjoy the day.  Oh by the way I paid $1.63 for gas yesterday.  Eat your hearts out Californians.  Just kidding.
