I started looking into another trip to Mexico yesterday.  Every now and then some of the fly fishing guys get together at lunch.  At the last one one of the "boys" mentioned getting a group to go down to Mexico once again.  He just had a knee replacement so he's talking about 2016.  I started drooling right after he mentioned it.  I keep thinking it would be great to catch another permit (pictured above).  I'd like to catch a tarpon and snook also.  It's so nice to hook a bonefish and let him run several times before you bring him in.  I've been down to Xcalak twice and I anxious to go again.

It's been mentioned by several people that they are glad they don't live in the Boston area.  So am I.  I think when it gets down in the high 30s and low 40s it's too cold.  Saying that we are going to get colder here and maybe if we're lucky get a little rain.  It rained earlier this morning.  We may get some wore latter today but tomorrow we have a good chance of getting some.  This up and down with the temperatures is delaying my fishing locally.  I need to get down to the river and catch a few bluegill.  If it's nice out in your area get a line in the water.
