It was "date day" yesterday.  My wife and I drove to Frisco,CO.  We stopped at the bakery right after arriving and purchased their delicious almond croissants along with a cup of their wonderful coffee. We found a nice bench and people watched as we enjoyed our goodies. After devouring our bakery items we decided to "walk the town".  Frisco is a little tourist town where people are friendly and it has some nice shops.  After walking both sides of the street for several blocks we decided to head to Silverthorne.  It's around 5 or 6 miles up the interstate.

I had purchased some sweat pants two weeks ago from a store there and Carolyn said I should have another pair.  When we went looking for them the store was out of them.
I used my "Gas Buddy" app and found a gas station that was selling diesel fuel for $2.39 a gallon which is 20 cents cheaper a gallon than it is here.  From there I drove to the Caddis Fly Shop.  I've purchased a couple of items from them online and wanted to see what the shop was like.  I was impressed with the shop.  They had a ton of different flies to select from and all the rest of fly fishing gear anyone would need.  The workers were friendly and efficient.
From Silverthorne we drove to Dillon and on up to Keystone.  There wasn't much in the way of restaurants so we turned around
and went back to Dillon and stopped at a place that was recommended to us.  It was closed and we weren't going to wait 40 minutes until it opened.  We decided to go back to the bakery in Frisco and eat lunch.  We each ate half of our servings and brought the rest home for later.

We snuggled in for the night and read until it was time to call it a day.  I'm not sure what will be happening today other than I play bridge at 1 PM.
I went fishing Tuesday at Crystal and it was completely different from Monday.  It was a tough day but I did bring a couple to the net.  I'm not sure where I'll fish Friday but I will be fishing.
