I attended the fly club meeting last night. It was nice seeing old friends after four months. I met a new member that has an interesting story. He has lung cancer but it's in remission as far as I understand. He gave me some tips about what to take to combat this terrible disease. I'm going to look it up, read about it and if it looks promising order some immediately. At this point I'm ready to try anything that people have had success using. As I've said in the last couple of posts I've felt really good but last night I had enough symptoms going on that I was reminded that I still have tumors that don't particularly like me. I was going to use a few holistic ideas anyway so I might as well start as soon as possible.
Baker Mayfield did what no other quarterback in the last few years has been able to do. Last night he led the Cleveland Browns to a victory, their first win since 2016. Congratulations Baker.
Major league baseball's season is entering it's final stage. It looks right now like the American League teams that will make the playoffs are: Boston, Cleveland and Houston (division winners) and New York Yankees and Oakland A's as the wild card teams. In the National League Atlanta, Chicago and either Los Angeles or Colorado as division winners. Wild card teams could come from this group. Milwaukee, St. Louis, Colorado or Los Angeles.

Baker Mayfield threw about a 80 yard bomb at Tivy Stadium a few years ago when he played for Lake Travis or Cedar Park. It was a perfect spiral and quieted the crowd as they went on to crush Tivy.
