I have been lax on answering some comments.  Google changed how I receive them and I just found out this morning how to do it.  I can't answer all of your questions but I'll try to give you some information about my blog.  I am not very good with the technical aspects of the Internet.  My blog is part of my Google account.  I started the blog to keep me from having to go to a shrink.  I'm kidding.  I just wanted to air some of my life and my thinking about politics.  I forgot to mention how I did after writing about going fishing.  I got skunked the last time I went fishing.  I'll be going again soon so I'll let you know how I did.

Update on my condition.  I'm feeling good and the pain in my side has subsided quite a bit.  I'm still eating better and my taste buds are active now.  What a difference a couple of weeks make.  I had a really good night and got plenty of sleep.  Things seem good but with cancer you never know if it will come back or not.  I'm still hoping a cure is found soon for my type, small cell lung cancer.  I think I'm going to beat it but if I don't I'm  hoping that I'll be here in BV next summer.  I'll know a lot more when the ct scan is taken on the 24th.

It's in the high 40's this morning and the heater keeps coming on.  We had some rain earlier.  The high this afternoon will reach into the mid sixties. (67)

The summer is coming to an end. It's moving to fast for me. We run the heater every morning and as each day comes along the thermostat is at a higher setting. It's Labor Day and hopefully the town will be less crowded..  The music festival is over and it's time to head home for many of the country music fans that came to hear Miranda Lambert, Clint Black, Dierks Bentley plus many others.  We may be able to venture out of the park now.  (kidding)  

It seems to me and as time goes on it becomes more evident that all the career politicians will do and say anything that vilifies President Trump.  I think the reason is he, President Trump isn't a career politician and he cares more about the country than keeping the political power so sought after by the two political parties.  The democrats still can't get it through their heads that Hillary lost.  So what have they done, they are trying to resist everything.  What it shows is they care more about power than they do the country.  What a shame.  Hate Trump.  But why?  Because he's brought unemployment down to really low levels?  Because the economy is higher than it's been in a decade?  Because businesses are doing well and hiring more workers?  Because your 401-K is higher than it's been in years?  No it's because here came a non-politician that is getting things done despite all of the opposition.  Wake up America and elect Republicans this fall or your taxes will be raised and nothing will get done for at least two more years.
