It looks cloudy outside and I don't know if that's a good way to start out the week.  I mean after all I start my week of chemo this morning.  I have blood drawn at 9,  a meeting with the doctor at 9:15 and chemo at 9:30.  Can't hardly wait for all this to happen he said to himself sarcastically.

All kidding aside I doing petty good.  I know that I'm not in the best of shape.  I'm getting out of breath on the last part of my walk and that shouldn't be happening.  I have tried to increase the distance I'm walking each time I go out.  I'll have to walk after chemo this morning.  I've even got to start walking in the rain so I'm sure to keep up my stamina.  I can be talked out of exercising real easily.
