Once again the Neulasta is tiring me out.  Neulasta is a drug/medicine (?) that helps your body make white blood cells.  During the last chemo cycle in June it worked really well.  My white cell count really improved.  But, it makes me tired.  I'm hoping this is the last of it during this cycle.  I've been warned, told, that the chemo drug they are giving me will probably knock down about every category of blood count.  I plan on resting a lot while the Neulasta works.  Oh by the way this is the procedure where they tape the Neulasta to my arm and then 27 hours later it starts into my body.  I still can't figure out how that works.  I'm not feeling too badly so if this is it I'll make it through without pain.

I watched a lot of football yesterday and am really disappointed that my picks went the way they did.  Some terrible mental errors cost me a couple of picks.  Michigan State defeated Penn State on the last play of the game.  They had to score a touchdown to win.  Instead of playing deep and keeping everything in front of you the Penn State defensive back ran with the receiver and the completion was made and went in for a TD.  Terrible.  I questioned the Washington coaches decision in the overtime also.  Washington had the ball first and scored a field goal.  On third down Oregon did not make a first down and would have had to kick a field goal to tie and send the game into the second overtime.  A penalty occurred on the third down play and I was saying refuse it and make them kick a field goal to tie the game.  Don't give them a chance to make a first down on another third down.  Washington took the penalty.  Oregon made a first down and scored a TD to win the game.  Some players and coaches should be hanging their heads today.

A cold spell is coming in tonight and the high for tomorrow is to be 51 degrees, Tuesday 48 and Wednesday 55.  Showers are predicted for all week.  I'll snuggle in the next couple of days.
