I think the democrats are starting to realize that they've made a huge mistake on their stance against border security. President Trump, if he and the Republicans stand firm will win this ridiculous petty fight over the wall. The Nancy and Chuck show came off so bad that even Cher is telling them to fund the wall and open the government. I knew eventually the dims strategy would backfire. Several years ago the dims voted to open the government and then back the wall but after getting what they wanted they broke their promise and wouldn't allocate the money for the border security. They can't be trusted because the leaders are liars. Even yesterday when the President walked out of the meeting, and in my opinion did the right thing, Chuckie boy was the only person in the room that said the President slapped his hand on the table before walking out. Either all the others in the room are deaf or Chuckie is a liar. I think the latter. I expect some movement on this issue soon because tomorrow is the first missed check for the employees furloughed. It's okay to blame the dimocrats because they deserve it. There is a crisis at the border and they don't want to give it any credence. Ask yourself this question. Wouldn't the United State be better off if the border was secure before the next caravans start to organize and head north? It's like the Boy Scout motto, "Be Prepared".
Well I have today and tomorrow left this week for chemo. I'll get some Neulasta at the end of the session tomorrow so I started taking Claritin yesterday. For some reason it helps me with my reaction to the Neulasta. I'll take it through Sunday and that should do it. I know I repeat myself but not everyone reads this everyday so here goes a repeat. I will have blood drawn one day for the next two weeks and then have one more week of chemo.
This week in bridge. Tuesday I subbed for a group and had the worst cards I've had for a long time. Yesterday I had a mixed bag of hands. I had three hands that had one ten as the high card. But I had three tables that I scored high and that put me over the hump and I won. I really enjoy the game. I don't take it as seriously as I once did. Age has something to do with that.
The Spurs couldn't hit their rear ends with either hand last night and lost by ten. It seems when one or two starters are off it affects the entire teams' shooting. They play again tonight and face a better team than last night. At least they're home tonight and that might keep them in the game.
