I got good news yesterday from my doctor.  My condition is stable.  As soon as she told me this she mentioned that it gives us more time and the advancement of certain types of new treatments (drugs) are advancing rapidly.  She is worried about my bone marrow and the wear and tear on my body with so much chemo (five days a week) so she is cutting me down to three days a week to give me less drugs and two more days off.  She will monitor the blood counts to see if things are better than with the five days.  If they are I'll stay on three days a week.  The program I'm on now will be for six session with each session being three weeks.  This is how it will go.  Three days of chemo (week one).  Weeks two and three blood drawn.  Week four becomes week one again are the cycle will be six of those. All in all we (Carolyn and I) left the meeting with a smile on our faces.

I hope this let's you know where I am with fighting this terrible disease.  I've been blessed during all of this having great nurses and doctors, with little or no pain during chemo and I've been feeling good for over two months.  I guess prayer works after all. It took me 81 years and cancer to realize it.  Keep them coming.  I'd like to thank everyone that has prayed for me.  Please continue.

You know AOC as she is sometimes called should take some history courses.  They would help her not make so many gaffes.  The latest is her comparison of the wall on our southern border.  She compared it to the Berlin Wall.  The Berlin wall was built to keep people in East Germany and the wall on our southern border is being built to keep people (illegal aliens) from getting inside our country.  Shouldn't she have compared to the wall around Israel?  OH, what a little reading can do.
