Saturday is here and only two days before I find out what's going on inside of me.  They took the scan Thursday.  The radiologist evaluates it and compares it to the last scan I had done.  It then goes to the doctor and she will tell me what's going on.  As you can imagine I'm antsy about the results.  If this drug I'm taking now isn't doing the job there is one more that the doctor will try.

I'm trying to wean myself off of some of the pills I'm taking.  There really not much in the way of medicines.  I've been taking some Allegra to dry up my nose.  I'm going to try and not take any today and see what happens.  This is not easy to talk about but I've been taking a couple of pills before going to bed that are like Colace which is a stool softener.  Then in the morning I take Miralax.  I've been doing this for several months so that all the junk in my body doesn't constipate me.  It's been working.  The last two nights I haven't taken any nor have I taken Miralax in the morning.  I have been fine so far.  I'm trying to let my body do it's think like before I had to do all of these things.  Sorry about the topic but when I first wrote about my having cancer I said I would tell you about the journey.

Today I'm going to do some things around the house (outside) and I'll be sure to take a walk.  After that I'll probably watch the golf tournament.  It's in southern California.  Last week or was it two weeks ago the pro-AM tournament was held at Pebble Beach.  One day it sleeted so much that it looked like it had snowed.  A half hour later it was all off and the play resumed.  This week at the Riviera Course they've had rain and delays and incomplete rounds.  It must be "climate change".  ( he wrote while he snickered) TV coverage of golf is so different now.  It's not like watching grass grow now.  They show a lot of shots being made and not just follow one group of players.

It looks like the President is going to declare a crisis at the border.  I think he should have done this several weeks ago because I knew the democrats wouldn't negotiate in good faith.  They are liars and when dealing with them you must always remember that.

Remember the SOTU speech.  The women clad in white sat on their hands when unemployment numbers were mentioned .  The fact that the lowest rate of unemployment for minorities in decades was announced  the number of jobs create was the highest in years, etc. etc.  No applause, no standing up.  They must not like these facts that are good for the country.  BUT, when they were mentioned they stood and showed just where their interest is. It's with themselves not the country.

The democrats put themselves first the country second.  Don't forget that ever.
