We met with the doctor yesterday.  I think he was surprised by my physical and mental attitude with the cancer.  He seemed positive about most things.  He upped the dosage of my thyroid pills to see if that would improve one of the blood markers. Opdivo messes up the thyroid process. He also scheduled a PET Ct scan for this Friday.  The PET scan gives the doctor a better look at what's going on inside my body.  I'm not looking forward to it but he did prescribe some Valium for me just in case.  I am anxious to meet with him to see the results of the scan.  It will tell me if my immune system is doing it's job.  He has a plan B if it isn't.  I liked him.  He has a good sense of humor and a good "bedside manner".  I made him laugh after he felt around my liver and said he couldn't feel it.  I told him my liver left my body.

We had a SNAFU at Wal Mart pharmacy.  For some reason my prescription didn't get in the system.  Thanks to Hannah at the Oncology Center they got things corrected and I got everything I needed.  It took quite some time to get all this done so the afternoon was shot.

We stopped and got a pizza on the way home.  It was raining most of the evening so it was nice just snuggling in and reading.
