I don't have much to write about today.  It was a good Sunday as I didn't watch one news program.  Every now and then I just have to get away from the news.  I am concerned  about extending the deadline on the nuclear talks with Iran.  It sounds to me like delay, delay, delay.  Will Iran stop their work while the deadline is extended?  I doubt it.  I think that Obama is so concerned about his legacy that he wants a deal so bad that it will end up not in our best interests.  Just a side note, his legacy to me is that he's the biggest liar and worst president ever.  He's worse than Jimmy Carter.

The pros didn't help me out much on my picks but the Cowboys' come from behind win elevated me to an 8-7 week.  I don't know why I picked Arizona to beat Seattle.  The starting quarterback for the Cardinals is out and it was a must win for Seattle.  Dumb me.  I also didn't know that the Texan QB was going to play injured. My season total is now 137 and 73 or 67%.  Not very good.  I do try to pick games that I think will be competitive.

It's play your big rival week.   The games in which to pick winners  are:  On Thursday TCU@Texas,  LSU@Texas A&M,  Friday  Arkansas@Missouri,  Stanford at UCLA, and Arizona State@Arizona.  Saturday,  Georgia Tech@Georgia,  South Carolina@Clemson,  Miss State@Ole Miss,  Minnesota@Wisconsin,  Notre Dame@USC,  Auburn@Alabama and Oregon@Oregon State.

The pro games are Thursday Philadelphia@Dallas,  Seattle@San Francisco and on Sunday New England@Green Bay.   Make you picks and I'll post mine before the first game.
