I went fishing at crystal yesterday.  When I arrived there wasn't a soul there other than yours truly.  I started thinking that the lake wasn't producing very many fish and that's why no one was there.  There weren't any fish rising either.  The lake was still as could be.  Since I was there I put on my boots and the rest of my stuff (lanyard,fanny pack which holds my extra fly boxes,water, bel vita, phone and anything else I can cram in.  My net, hat and grabbed my rod.  As I'm walking down to the lake, the fish start to rise all over.  I tie on a "teterbaetis" get to the lake and cast to one of the rising trout and bam I've got a fish on the line.  It didn't take me long to bring five into the net. Back to the fishing. Other fishermen arrived but probably no more than ten or twelve of us on the lake at one time.  After catching the five rather quickly the hatch died out and the fishing became harder.  The wind came up a little and I put on a larger teterbaetis and brought a couple more into the net.  I lost a couple of fish on the way to the net and one seemed pretty heavy.  I caught another tiger trout and I love hooking them because they fight so well.  They are a lot of fun to catch.  I caught the last fish on a damsel fly I tied Sunday.  I lost the damsel fly on my last cast as the fish broke me off.  I'm not fishing today.  More than likely I'll fish again Wednesday.

I've got somethings I need to do to today.  I need to tie some damsel flies and I think I can improve the fly a bit.  It was good to catch a fish on the fly because the ones I have purchased haven't worked that well.  I'm also waiting for a call from an insurance adjuster so I need to be around here today.

It looks like the Senate might repeal obamacare and start all over on a new bill.  I don't agree with Rand Paul very often but I think he's on the correct path with a healthcare bill.  Please listen to him.

More idiotic opinions from the left.  NC NAACP chair:  Evangelicals praying with Trump "theological malpractice bordering in heresy.  If that doesn't take the idiotic prize of the week.  In other words if you don't agree with the left you're wrong.

A statement like this brings up the question that nobody can answer.  Where did the lefts' hate come from?  Has it always been there?  (I think so)  What did President Trump ever do to bring about this amount of hatred?  Is the amount of hate publicly stated by the left due mainly because the have looked stupid when they lost the election?  They can't stand that because they think they are superior to the "gun toting and religious deplorables"?
