What a tragedy in Las Vegas.  What is the world coming to with people that just want to harm others?  I sometimes think that if there is a heaven and hell, we're already in hell.  Hell on earth then becomes a very appropriate saying.  The number of deaths just keeps mounting.  What it must have felt like to be in the crowd is scary to me.  I don't know what I'd do.  Probably panic like many others.  The shooter was 64 years old.  He must have be crazy.  What insane motive could he possibly had to do such a thing?  I hope the woman is found.  Maybe reasons for this atrocious act can be heard.  

Wait for it.  The democrats (socialists) will be wanting to take all guns away because of the shooting in Las Vegas.  They are predictable.  Sometime along the reporting racism will probably be brought up too.  Did you read or hear about the idiot librarian that refused to take possession of the Dr. Seuss books that Melania Trump sent saying they were racists?  Yeah the left is bonkers.

Went fishing yesterday morning. The river is up due to the rain and I couldn't find where the fish were.  I started to walk up stream just when a snake was getting into the water,  It turned around and went on shore and I turned around and went down river.  I don't know if it was just a water snake or a poisonous one.  I don't get close enough to see the difference.  I'm posting a few pictures of one fish.  I'm doing this to show you how much trouble I have taking a shot.  This fish was spinning and I couldn't time it.  Finally I had to hold it still.  What I won't do so I have a picture for you ( he wrote tongue in cheek)I don't catch many big ones down below the park but I have caught several over the years.  It's not the size that I'm concerned about here but the exercise I get and the finding the fish and the practice casting I do.  I've been using my 3 weight rod and I'm about ready to use my 2 weight that is only about 6'6'' long.  A fish like the one shown bends the 3 weight and since the bluegill turn sideways they put up a nice fight.  Remember I'm old and it doesn't take much to entertain me.  Notice the color of the fly.  Purple and yellow.  Is there any natural bug that color?  They went for it yesterday.  No rhyme or reason for them to go after this but.....
