What a great day of college football.  Two close games involving two of the top teams in the nation.  Ohio State defeated Penn State 27-26.  Penn State should have won the ball game.  Instead of attempting a field goal with a fourth and one situation they tried to pick up the first down and didn't make it.  The last play of the game was a lousy call and they didn't make it.  Two bad decisions may have cost Penn State a chance to get into the final playoffs.  The other game Syracuse lead most of the way before Clemson rallied for 20 points in the second half to defeat Syracuse 27-23.

In the picks I posted last week I went 8-2 so now I'm 24-16 for the season.  Not really good but getting better.  I think I did pretty good with my ESPN college pick'em entries. 

 I meet with the Doctor Barrington to clear up some things that I heard last week.  Some decisions will have to be made after tomorrow.  Since I'm not watching the NFL I guess I'd better get the Ryder Cup on TV.  Bye.
