It's  61 in the Hill Country at 10:00 AM.  The high is to be in the low sixties.  The low tonight is forecast to be 31.  Cold tomorrow with a high of 39.  It's like we're on a roller coaster.  Highs in the seventies a couple of days then freezing overnight.  Crazy weather.

Not much is happening here.  I played bridge Tuesday with no luck and yesterday when I got good cards.  I won yesterday but wasn't in the hunt Tuesday.  A couple of hands were interesting to play and that makes the afternoons fun.  I could play the game a couple of more times every week.

I'm feeling good but I don't know if I caught some bug Tuesday.  My nose is running like a river.  Then it gets bloody during the day so I'm fighting a bloody nose at night.  I didn't have one last night but I feel like it's right on the verge of having to put an ice pack on.  Sorry to be so gross but that's what's going on with me.  Other than the nose I'm still feeling good and hope that continues.

I'm having fun watching the democrats destroying themselves.  The situation in Virginia is hilarious.  The top three office holders all have some racial business in their past.  The party wanted the Governor to resign but since there are two other problems, the Lt. Governor is being sued by a woman who accuses him of sexual misconduct, while the Attorney General admits wearing blackface in the 1980's or 1990's.  The party (democrat) is all of a sudden quiet because if all three fall the Governorship will be turned over to the Republicans.  You know the dems are only interested in power.  This was really evident at the SOTU address the other night.  They couldn't applaud for how great the economy is nor how low the unemployment numbers are but they hooped and hollered when the newly elected representatives were mentioned.  They (the left/democrats) don't put the well being of the country first.  It's always about them and the power they can get hold of.

Have you heard about the democrats wanting to do away with fossil fuel?  Have they really thought this through?  So far we don't have the technology to change to any other type of fuel to run our cars, planes, trains or electrical places to charge the electric cars.  How stupid can they get?  It's really funny to listen to the ideas coming from the younger democrats.  Socialism.  Have any of them heard about Venezuela?  Have any of them found a country that did or is doing well under a socialistic government?  The young hear free this. free that and think that's the way to go.  Are they so dumb that they think tax money can support a socialist government year after yea?  Yes they are.  We have the greatest country in the world so why do they want to destroy it?
