I went fishing yesterday with Jack my neighbor.  He doesn't fish but  takes a chair and carves walking sticks/poles.  I ended up with around eight fish netted and I hooked 4 or 5 others that got off on the way in.  I had one that I would have liked to gotten into the net because he was probably the largest fish of the day.  He jumped a couple of times and on the last jump he looked at me and spit the hook out.

After getting back to camp we had a close game of cards and then a nice happy hour.  In the evening after dinner Carolyn and I both read and finished our books.  I started the next book I had checked out from the local library.  It's a Tom Clancy book with Jack Ryan Jr. as the lead character.

Tomorrow we go into Salida to meet with the doctor and have an infusion of my latest drug.  We have a few other things to do while we are there so one trip takes care of our Salida adventure (?) until the next visit in two weeks.
