I don't know where to start today.  Should I start by applauding James Woods tweets blaming Al Sharpton and the NYC Mayor for the shootings of the two policemen.  Obama was mentioned also I believe and if he wasn't he should have been.  Or do I start by saying the the idiot in the White House is letting people out of gitmo and they'll end up killing people in the middle east.  Do I mention that without getting concessions from Cuba, like free elections, that we will get nothing out of opening up relations with Cuba.  There was a reason that so many Cubans fled Cuba when the communists took power and now we let them off the hook?  Why?  But I'm going to start with football so all you political followers can stop reading now.
I didn't get to see the BYU/Memphis game as I was visiting with my fly fishing guru. (seen on left) This is the man that taught me to fly fish. I owe him so much for starting me on one of the big passions in my life.  First of all I lost my pick in double overtime.  I guess there was a big brawl after the game.  Might have been the best part I don't know. Johnny Manziel is out for the season.  I hope he works really hard in the off season and wins the starting job next year.  Cincinnati intercepted Payton Manning four times last night and defeated the Broncos to get themselves into the playoffs.  I'm thinking right now that the teams that are true contenders for the Super Bowl this year are the Patriots, Packers and Seahawks with the Cowboys given a slight chance.  It's too bad the Cardinals lost three quarterbacks this year.  They would have been in the mix with either the first or second QB starting.  The bowl games continue on with meaningless games being played to empty stands.  Today Marshall takes on Northern Illinois and Navy plays San Diego State.  Get that last minute Christmas shopping done so you don't have to do what I did in my single years and shop on the 24th.  Enjoy the day!
