Two pretty large measures are in front of our government and hopefully the right actions, at least in my mind, will be taken.  First I would hope the do nothing-in-chief signs the pipeline bill.  Next I hope Congress will pass a bill that gives the president a full war act (like Roosevelt got in 1941 or 1942) to go after terrorists where ever they are and that they don't include "rules of engagement". Let's wipe out the terrorists.  I know I didn't capitalize president.  After I saw the selfie video, if he doesn't respect the office I won't as long as he's in office.

I'm still working on my presentation for next Thursdays' meeting.  I haven't done much on it in the last two days with bridge and all. Speaking of bridge, I botched another hand Wednesday.  My defensive play was atrocious.  I don't know where my mind was but it sure wasn't involved in the card play.   

After a couple of beautiful days the weather is getting cold again but we might get some rain in the next few days.  The cooling spells have dimmed my hopes of the water being warm enough for the fish to come alive.  I need to be casting and catching some fish.  Maybe next week if it warms a little.
