Rain, rain go away....I know we can always use it but after four straight days of it I'm ready for a break.  It looks like we'll get that break this afternoon for a few hours.  I've noticed a particular thing here in Kerrville and maybe all of Texas.  It doesn't take much rain to turn the brown to green.  Just a little water and we get green again.  The down side of it raining is that I don't go fishing.  I don't walk in the rain so I'm not getting a lot of exercise.  Good excuse isn't it.  I grab at anything.

I've got an appointment with my favorite doctor this morning.  It's my six month check up on my cataract surgery only it's been about 8 months.  That's due to me being away for the summer.  I think everything is okay but I want to hear it from her.

The President came out with his tax ideas yesterday and let's hope the republicans in Congress can get it passed.  McCain will probably vote against it no matter what.  Traitor.  Don't listen to the left about the tax bill.  They are always against any cutting of taxes.  They haven't seen a tax hike they don't like.  They will pull their class against class out of their playbook and make everything the rich people the devils.  Remember the democrat party is becoming the socialist party.  Socialists spend, raise taxes and spend more.  Look at the financial status of liberal states such as California and Illinois.  Both are broke and will either raise taxes or go to the federal government to bail them out.  Prepare for it.  That's all we need to set a poor precedent.  That would open up every state to over spend and then be bailed out by the feds.  What is happening in this country/
