As I've probably told you before our fifth-wheel was totaled on our way home from Colorado in September.  I've been searching on-line for a replacement.  We went up to a consignment place yesterday to leave our name in case they got one in that we might be interested in.  We got a phone call yesterday afternoon.  Joe the salesman told us they just got one that we might like.  So after donuts and coffee this morning we'll head up to take a look.  I googled the make and model and found out it's a little longer than we wanted but we 'll take a look.  We also have a decision to make.  Should we buy it if it's a good one and leave it on site in Colorado.  That would leave us without one while we are home in Texas.  The good part is we wouldn't have to tow it every summer.  It would be waiting for us when we got there.  It's a used one by the way. Decisions, decisions.

The Senate is getting close to voting for their tax bill.  Let's hope they can get it passed so they can work out the differences with the House.  This is absolutely necessary.  The Republicans must pass this or they will lose control of Congress in 20018.  The only chance they'd have of keeping control is how bad the democrats look now with so many scandals going on.  Conyers, Franken and the Clintons all under investigation.  Right now they're the Republicans best PR agents.

I was thinking about the Senate race in Alabama and what I'd do about the election coming up.  I decided that I'd vote for Moore because the country is the most important thing. We don't need another Trump hater in the Senate. Then I'd vote for any Republican that ran against him in his reelection bid.  I also don't see much evidence against him other than allegations.  Until he's convicted of some crime isn't he supposed to be looked at as innocent?  The Spurs rallied to defeat the Mavericks last night.  Future Hall of Fame Spur, Tony Parker started last night.  Coming off of rehab he didn't play long but it was good to see him on the court again.  Now if Kahwi hits the court soon the Spurs will have time to mesh into a cohesive unit.  LaMarqus Aldridge lead the way with 33 points and Pau Gasol had 25.
